Wow. Sometimes a morning just throws you into a completely new mood doesn’t it? This morning I just eased into the car, a few hours of sleep short, eyes peeling ever so slightly open, and then truly wishing that I could go curl up with Ralph (best puppy ever) and perhaps enjoy a season of Lost on reruns. But instead….as I turned the key, the miracle of satellite radio provided me with a melodic buffet to turn my mood around. I hope you enjoy the mélange that poured from my speakers:
Alanis Morisette – Head over Feet
Eydie Gorme – Blame it on the Bossanova
A little all over the place, but definitely got me thinking about the places my heart should be, got my mind on the path to a great work day and even some nostalgia thrown in. Okay, so I may have thrown my fellow traffic population for a loop with some early 90s dance moves, and well, no one had to hear me sing – that said, I got out of the car, a much better woman.
