It’s almost the weekend, which for me also means being able to eat a little more relaxed. The wedge salad is one of those classic salads that I literally ache for when we go out for a steak dinner. It keeps me from choosing starchy sides and who doesn’t love blue cheese? (I know, I know, plenty of people.)
That said, below’s picture from Saveur already has me salivating. Despite this, and their wonderful recipes, I personally have a family favorite for the dressing that I have to share again. A RePost of my own post if you will? (Is that allowed? Yes, it’s allowed, I’m the boss. and I’m boss. Woot.)
