The hubby and I went out this past weekend and put some of our wedding gift certificates to good use. One of the amazing new tools that I scored was this KitchenAid 13-cup food processor.
Having loved my KitchenAid mixer for over a decade now, I knew that this Food Processor will, I hope, be fought over, when I pass away and my children cannot stand the thought of not having the very tool that makes my super good homemade coleslaw.

Armed with a food processor that was so powerful and versatile, I immediately started to think about how many other slicing, dicing, mixing tasks I could now use this appliance for. The ExactSlice&Trade; system would allow me to easily adjust the slice thickness with a lever on the front of the machine and the two included discs would cover just about any slicing or shredding task I threw at it. It was like a whole new world opened up to me.
