and while I’ll be going over every place and thing we ate in a blog soon, I couldn’t believe it when Saveur posted this the other day, it was a gift.
As simple and easy and forgettable as this dish sounds, it isn’t. It’s fresh and amazing and just simply perfect. You know when you sit down to a perfect cheese and glass of wine and that didn’t take any cooking and you just wonder how heaven like that came together? Well, same here, get some sangria or a nice Spanish Garnacha…or even a nice coffee in the am with a beautiful slice of Spanish ham, and this…THIS.
